Directions For Use:

Helpful Tips:

  1. Load up on good fats (i.e. Nuts, whole fat dairy, cream cheese, Greek yogurt.)  The more good fats you have during this time, the less cravings/hunger you will feel.  Do not skip the loading days.  The key is high fat and protein for your load.
  2. Drink lots of water.  Toxins are stored as fat, so as your body releases fat cells, it is important to flush them out of your system.
  3. Stay away from artificial sweeteners, especially Splenda. Aspartame found in crystal light and diet drinks can make the drops less effective in some cases. Instead, use Sweetleaf Stevia.
  4. Dr. Simeons protocol states to never mix vegetables.  If you are stalling try sticking to just one veggie at lunch and dinner.
  5. Stalling? Dr. Simeons suggests, an apple day. This is where you eat only apples, up to 6 apples per day, one day only.
