The M’lis INSTANT MEAL can also be included in a weight loss program substituting up to two meals a day while providing essential nutrients to the body.

Suggested Use:

For meal replacement use 2 level scoops mixed with 8 fl oz of water. For a healthy snack in-between meals, mix 1 level scoop with 4-6 fl oz of water. Try substituting all or some of the water with rice milk , almond milk or coconut milk. For variety try adding frozen berries, fresh fruit and/ or ice.
