Ingredients:

Allium Cepa 9C, 12C, 30C; Euphrasia Officinalis 6C, 12C; Kali Bichromicum 30C; Arsenicum Album 30X, Apis Mellifica 30X. In a base of: Quercetin, Ascorbic Acid, Stinging Nettle Root Extract 2%, Boswellia Serrata Powder, Turmeric Extract 95%, Bromelain, Ginger Root Powder, Cayenne Extract 4:1, N-Acetyl Cysteine, Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Gelatin, Silica, and Dextrose

Suggested Dosage:

120 Capsules per bottle.

Adults and children 12 years of age or older for symptoms of sinusitis take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the afternoon. For maintenance of chronic sinusitis symptoms take 2 capsules daily in the AM. Not for use by children under 12

5. State the following: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."

6. Provide an authorized signature on the notice.
